I was having problems of low frame rates. I looked for answers and was told to reinstall video driver and update and change graphic settings. I have found that does not help. I found the solution was to go to your Xbox One Companion app. Go to settings and look for video encoding and set to high or very high depending on your hardware.

I am getting that update the setting should be the same
