I attempted several times to use the "Sign In Options" yesterday without success.

I also noticed that in Settings where it usually said - Accounts - and my name, MSA and Administrator,

It said "Local Account Administrator!" instead.

THis morning after I booted I got offered "Set Pin" and that worked normally.

I have never seen the phrase Local Account Administrator before.

DISM and SFC showed no problems today so perhaps things have corrected themselves..??

    Davy.

Sounds like you were switched to a local account. Probably by mistake. 😂🤷‍♂️

I use local accounts on many different machines. It is still an option to use Local Account.

The pin can be different for the local Account and the MS account. I use the same one in both cases. 🤷‍♂️

Sounds like that is a probability.

I have never seen a need for me to use Local Accounts, only Administrator.

Although I use the same MSA & PIN for all my builds.

You show "Local Account" I show "Administrator" but after the 22635.3212 update mine showed "Local Account Administrator"

As if it had somehow mixed up/joined them both?
