I have seen that. I did 3x clean install with local user of latest public 22H2 in end of Dec. to my Precision which has triple boot of RPC, Beta and Dev.

Ok, now on Insider builds you can't get it past anymore by killing OOBE Connection Flow. This is just nonsense.
How are we supposed to set up PCs that don't have any Wi-Fi/Ethernet drivers in the first place?
When killing Connection Flow you just get this message:
Here is the solution:
Open cmd with Shift + F10 and type OOBE\BYPASSNRO.
Your computer will restart and now you will have the "I don't have Internet" option.
No need to thank me.

I don't know why Julien has a problem.
It works fine with 22621.525 which is still the one created by MCT.
Only one detail, after Shift + F10, I cannot type in the command prompt until I move the mouse on the cursor and click on it. 🤣 🤷♂️

I am advising all of my clients to move over to linux, it may be slow but every journey starts with a single step.... I **** HATE THIS SIGN IN ****!!! if you absolutely must use it, then create a dummy account, use it to sign in and then once in create a new local admin account. Sign in to that account and delete the first account. NEVER GIVE THE **** ANYTHING!!!!!!!! Incidentally hoping that the silly people responsible for thishave been dismissed already and NEVER WORK AGAIN .
Please lets just all move over to linux!! yes I'm switching to that OS after this post!
