It also appears you may be entering the oobe\bypassnro command too soon. You need to wait till you get to one of the graphic setup screens, then type shift F10 to bring up command prompt. Just a wild guess as I have not touched RAID.

I have RAID0 on my laptop, and no problem using oobe\bypassnro with windows 11 MCT media. 🤷♂️
If we can know which Build number and edition, he is trying to install from his installation media, we can just try that out. 😉🤐
It appears he is putting that command in while creating disk partitions so I am not sure if the OOBE folder would be copied over yet. You have to wait till (I think) the country screen that comes up first, then apply shift-F10 and then enter the command. Just a thought that crossed my mind.
