Windows 11 Insider Build Bug: UWP apps boot-loop infinitely and are not closable.

Hello.

The bug I'm experiencing was best summed up in the title but I'm going to explain it throughly anyway.

When opening UWP apps (apps from the Microsoft Store or not on the microsoft store but built for the UWP, just like Adobe XD) the app splash screen opens momentarily and then closes. Then quickly reopens and keeps looping. Attempting to close the app with the X button does close it, but then shortly after reopens again. This is the same behaviour as when trying to kill the app process in the Task Manager.

This happens to all of the UWP apps and, is, very annoying because not only can you not start the app but it also keeps opening and focusing on itself rendering any activity basically impossible.

A temporary fix I found was to kill the explorer.exe process and then rerun it, killing the app. While this worked for some cases, in others this did fix it for 10-15 seconds but after that the app kept appearing and closing.

Important note to add is that most apps (if at least run once), upon rebooting the PC fix themselves and can open normally - this only happens on the first launch of an application. While this might seem like a fix, restarting a pc every time I want to run a newly installed / previously unknown UWP app is very annyoing and won't pass.

This seems like a very rare problem in Windows 11, as I was not able to find any questions close to this.

I did try using the Microsoft Store app troubleshooter but that does not fix the issue; anyway, the problem repeats on every new program I install and having to troubleshoot each and every one of those apps individually is a pain and should go without saying, should be immediately fixed.

Running latest build of W11 as of day 26-10-2021 (made sure to check to updates). But even after updating, the problem keeps appearing.

I can provide a video displaying this behaviour if needed, it's just, I don't really want to run UWP apps needlessly because they require me to reboot the entire pc.

Another note is that behaviour is extremely random and doesn't seem to follow a pattern - or it does, but I'm not noticing one.

It seems as though as many apps there are as many problems there could be.

This needs fixing ASAP, either with a Windows update or a client-side fix.

Thanks in advance for the answers.

Here's yet another example of the same behavior with another app - still using the latest W11 version.

If you are currently on the latest 22000.348

build and this is still an issue, then file the issue

Thanks for the help so far, everyone!

Please give up Adobe XD, this even happens with the in-built Calculator app. I provided AXD as an example of an app that is doing it. But it's not specific to that app.

I got an update on a situation though, downloading another version of said Adobe XD caused it to work normally - I don't know why it wouldn't the original time. This still does not resolve the issue as other apps such as the Calculator app, the Movies & TV app and [FOR EXAMPLE] the Canvas app.
