Charging Problem in Windows 11

same, I am facing the same problem I mean my lap is only 2 years old and to show a battery prob so fast is abnormal because the other times it was working perfectly fine

I did a complete diagnostic of my battery and it only degraded about 5% over the 2-year span, i further discovered that it is a windows problem and there is nothing that I can do but still I tried to uninstall the Microsoft ac adapter and the Microsoft ACPI but I only got a flashing screen and glitches on my start screen

well I hope windows fix this problem soo cuz I have school the next month this is the only lap for me and my family is not in a financial state where they can buy me a new lap so Microsoft plz fix the huge problem

Same problem. Computer won't charge after update to windows 11. As the screenshot shows, I tried charging it, but it doesn't gain more power. (But charging sign is on). With only 10% battery left it would be great if someone can offer a soultion to this one?

In your BIOS check the charging type. I had this issue and it was set to adaptive. Changed charging type to standard and it is now working

If you are having this problem please read the entire thread. Make sure your BIOS is up to date from your manufacture. If it is please check your charging settings in your BIOS. Set it from what ever it is to standard. See if this resolves your issues.

ok I just fixed this prob about 2 days ago so what u want to do is update ur bois and if that doesn't work go to device manager and go to the battery and click on both of the options (sometimes there only one but don't worry) and update ur dive manually and it may do the trick but if that doesn't work contact Microsoft tech support chat cuz they are the ppl that helped me fix the prob
