OK, if you want to fix the problem just issue the command with Power Shell (Admin) and you should be all set. 😉
Get-AppxPackage MicrosoftWindows.Client.Core -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage
You should see this when you enter MS-SCREENCLIP on this search slot.
