I tried W.U. like normal. After 100% download it would go to install, and when it got to 25% it would then jump to 100% and then revert back to downloading . After 5 cycles of this happening, I downloaded the ISO file I'm like 90 seconds and then used that to do the install, which took about 75 minutes on my laptop.

Just a couple of wee notes after having read some of the comments in this thread: My WU attempts were, also, reverting to Downloading @ about 25%. (Never needed to use the ISO, as WU worked after many bounce backs) In 324, for me, the +New button in Snipping, now, DOES work, as it should. I only use Spotlight image(s) on the Lock screen & no issues. All my desktops use individual photos I had/have selected and they remain absolutely stable & consistent with this & previous Builds. In 324, for me, the +New button in Snipping, now, DOES work, as it should. The "+ New" button only started failing after the update to 25324.1011 it was working fine at 25324.1000. 😎 Also, it only fails if you get this wrong assignment for the default app. It works fine if you get MS-SCREENCLIP associated with Screen Snipping instead of Microsoft WinRT Storage API.

Oh ok. I will check it again after I have .1011; still, .1000 currently. Knew should have it, Just fired up Canary IB (again) moments ago & have been Checking for Updates. The +New button did not work for me with the previous Build, same as many other testers. Ok, WU has now found KB5025849... Here's an (maybe) interesting observation regarding Edge, in this Build : Edge in the latest Canary IB (Maybe before, I had not checked or discovered this, previously) gives Dark Web pages without the flag Enabled. This is not the case in 'public' Win11. Also, in this Build, the Print Screen key for Snipping Tool works with that flag. This is, also, true in 'public'.
