In 324, for me, the +New button in Snipping, now, DOES work, as it should. The "+ New" button only started failing after the update to 25324.1011 it was working fine at 25324.1000. 😎 Also, it only fails if you get this wrong assignment for the default app. It works fine if you get MS-SCREENCLIP associated with Screen Snipping instead of Microsoft WinRT Storage API.

Just a couple of wee notes after having read some of the comments in this thread: My WU attempts were, also, reverting to Downloading @ about 25%. (Never needed to use the ISO, as WU worked after many bounce backs) In 324, for me, the +New button in Snipping, now, DOES work, as it should. I only use Spotlight image(s) on the Lock screen & no issues. All my desktops use individual photos I had/have selected and they remain absolutely stable & consistent with this & previous Builds. I tried W.U. like normal. After 100% download it would go to install, and when it got to 25% it would then jump to 100% and then revert back to downloading . After 5 cycles of this happening, I downloaded the ISO file I'm like 90 seconds and then used that to do the install, which took about 75 minutes on my laptop.

Finally I get change to update from 25314 to 25324 and this old issue is still there. We are investigating an issue where some users are experiencing longer than expected update times installing recent builds. If you experienced this issue, please submit a new feedback item with logs in Feedback Hub. Once again one of my device take 3 hours to get this update completed. First 50 minutes goes as normal and after restart Working on Updates sutck at 68% for 2 hours. I have submit many reports to FBH with setupdiag logs, but I haven't seen any response. It would be nice to know why this fully Win 11 compatible device has this issue and is there any hope that this will be fixed.
