Some games not launching with builds 20257 and 20262

I was playing Valhalla then took a break and installed Windows updates just now. It installed to 20262. I noticed Valhalla no longer works, so I figured I could just rollback like always, but when I clicked the Get Started for the roll back it says: "We're sorry, but you can't go back" "The files we need to take your back to a previous version of Windows were removed from this PC." So I think someone broke the rollback somehow also. Looks like I'm stuck on 20262.

(I was just using this for WSL 2 CUDA stuff for reference, so I'm jumping off insider builds once that makes it into the release).

I have had the exact same issue but with Ori and the Will of the Wisps. I had also enabled the Windows Insider program for the WSL 2 CUDA features and now I'm stuck in it without being able to stay in any stable Windows version. I updated to build 20262, also noticed that this game was crashing everytime at launch, and couldn't go back to the previous build (having updated <10 days before). Now I keep updating hoping it gets fixed but it's not happening.

Yep can confirm this as well, working fine on beta release channel build 19042.685 so have reverted to beta channel until Microsoft fix on DEV Channel hopefully soon especially with the release of the RE-PRELEASE branches builds. Which I'm eager to start trying out especially in the new year.

im agree, this not anti cheat, because im still can play the crew 2 and watch dogs legion

I don't think it's the anti-cheat software. I have tried your start arguments but nothing has changed. I have found some logs from the game it seems like launching some network API's and this one crashes. Have somthing changed in the network security at build 20257?
