Inconsistency in Windows Version Shown

I just upgraded to 24h2 in release preview. When I type "winver" in Windows + R, I got this.

But In my setting I got this.

So I'm confused, which version is my Windows?

Maybe I missed understand the meaning of "21HW".

Btw, I'm in Hong Kong.

Information shown in settings are device name and type.

On my Dell devices it show device model without manufacturer name; Latitude 5510, Precision T3600, Precision 7530....

Do you have Lenovo?

21HW or lettings in that position is controlled by Windows, I am not sure what is works off and I haven't found a way to edit that line. On my Hyper-V installs it says Virtual machine, on this machine it says the Motherboard version.

So in your case it may have picked up on the operating system when installed or is 21HW part of your hardware?
