Mouse/Mice keep(s) freezing in Windows 11

My Logi M650 mouse and Microsoft Sculpt mouse both keep freezing whilst working in Word, Microsoft Edge, Excel, and all other programs. If I use the laptop mouse pad and open the settings, then Bluetooth devices, it will usually unfreeze for about an hour or so, then freezes again. Or, I will have to switch to the other mouse. This is time consuming and cumbersome. I did all of the "bug" fixes for the Logi M650 and realised the problem does not lie within the mouse, as my coworker has a different mouse and she is also experiencing this same issue. Is there a bug fix for this issue????
