Anybody getting this weird cursor in a black square instead of the normal one? See the 2 pictures below to compare. Second one is the normal one. 
Had to take pictures because the cursor does not show with snipping tool. 
This showed up in one machine and I don't see any way to change it.
Pretty annoying. 😝😵💫

Now MS created a messy collection for 2 completely separate problems.
One deals with Cursor disappearing, while the one I filed is for the Text Select showing up in a black square. So much for clarity!
They are just creating more confusion.
Probably the new bug they added in 26080 may be caused by some of the changes they made trying to fix the cursor disappearing.
Still the 2 symptoms are completely different, and do not seem related at all for including in the same collection. 🤷♂️

What is the display adapter and driver?
I'm using a NVIDIA RTX 3090 with the latest driver (551.76), hence I don't think it's a display adapter/driver issue (as you're affected with a Intel iGPU)
I just tried on my NVIDIA RTX 2060 and RTX 3060 and I can get the same bug with size 7, but not with 3 or any other size. 😵💫😂😂
I thought it was just with that Intel Adapter and driver I showed earlier, but now I see that I get the problem with NVIDIA too.
Another MS puzzle, they fix one bug and open a new one. The previous Canary builds screwed up the Display Audio on the same Intel adapter, now the audio is fixed, and got this new annoyance.

Using Snipping too recording I can show the weird Cursor.
This is with NVIDIA RTX 2060 and size 7 for the Mouse pointers. 🤣🤷♂️
