I noticed a new Registry key while doing a clean install with 22579.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\WindowsUpdate

It has a REG_DWORD named AllowWindowsUpdate with a value of 1.

That key did not exist in previous Builds.

I wonder what that does? 😎😎😎

I remember but that link doesn't work in a clean install situation, you have to have the Store installed in order to use that link. wsreset -i installs everything including SecHealthUI

It worked for me on clean install, it just needed the MS account to download.

If you remember, I already had the link to download the MS Store when it was missing, I got the other basic missing apps once I got the MS Store, but I still could not find the SecHealthUI that was still missing, so I could not use security and defender. That was the end of the game for me on that front. 😒.
