Fullscreen color change in Windows 11

The bug I face is with the transparency of the full screen. Here's te image of it how it is when I make it full screen on dragging it to the top.
Though it's not a big issue, but it's a bit annoying. This thing happens only when my pc is in battery saver mode.
So my question is that It's a issue or it's a feature to conserve the battery. If it's a feature than it's a bit annoying.

you are talking about.
Go into Settings and change the Theme color.

As Lawrence said, click the box to the left of
the X on the title bar.
