they should fix this soon. I am not able to do my work on laptop as my laptop keeps rebooting on itself in every minute
Then you shouldn't enroll in the "Windows Insider Program" with the laptop that your work relies upon.

I am also having the same problem
Riddle me this. Can anyone reach or ping https://insider.windows.com/leave-program ? I surely cannot. I cannot ping any insider server, or reach it via any web browser. It is absolutely on their end. Just be patient, don't take any drastic steps. Be careful following "fixes" and things like that right because... If Insider Servers are down, no one out-side of Microsoft is going to be able to provide a fix.
i also had a problem not seen the windows update box on the windows update in settings so i uninstalled te last update and that wsa fixed but i can not get in to the windows insider still getting that error
The workaround for the no Windows Update
box is mentioned in the Beta build Blog Known Issues.
I followed the suggestion above and the workaround in the Beta build blog works, thanks. It forces an update check which you can observe in Windows Update. Which will hopefully allow us to update to a build that does not require us to manually update!!
