About Win11 hlk issue

We are testing Windows 11 hlk and observed an issue for below test item.

“TDI filters and LSPs are not allowed” & “Static Tools Logo Test” , both item is new for us (previously win10 those item has been filtered by Compatibility Playlist).

Can any one help us to solve this problem?

Test environment:

OS à Win 11 version 21H2 build 22000.65

HLK à 10.1.22000.1

Test device à USB smartcard reader keyboard (own driver).

We have try USB keyboard and use native driver get same failed result.
