Sync issue in Mail app

Ok this has been going in the the dev builds last two months.

I don't know why it's just effecting dev builds.

Version 16005.14326.20544.0

So that's the latest version, still wont sync to any of my IMAP accounts.

Rolled back to Win 10 19044.1320 and added my IMAP and works just fine in the Mail app.

So it appears that it's an issue just with the Dev Builds. The last Beta build I installed it worked fine.

I think I recreated the problem just adding a Yahoo email account in MS Mail, it just does not retrieve any email.

I added the same account in Build 19043.1320 and it works fine and retrieves all the email from the yahoo mail server, but not on Development build 22489.1000.

The email from outlook is the only one working.

Dev 463 was out yesterday, have you tried it with the Mail app?

I'm currently on the last beta build.

No difference unfortunately. Still no mention of the problem in the release notes either.

I was on Win 10 19043 and just did an install upgrade to the new Dev build 22489.

Still having the same exact problem, that my IMAP Email account will no longer Sync.

Resetting the Mail app does not fix it.

This issue only appears to be with the Dev builds, as the regular Win 11 Release/PreRelease/Beta builds are working fine with the Mail app and my IMAP account.

Today, all builds got the same update for MS Mail which is now at the same level on Public Builds Windows 10 or Windows 11 and Windows 11 Development.

Perhaps you may want to check if the problem has been propagated with the update of Mail or if it is still just on Development builds ?

Personally I never got the problem, but I just use MS Mail for MS Email accounts, I use different Email client programs for all my other Email accounts.

Have you tried Mail with the new Dev 458 build? It doesn't show listed as a known issue.

Unfortunately the app still does not sync my email. Sigh...
