I have found out that my Rewards account was suspended today. I was not given notice, nor explanation, and since I'm not one who is constantly checking my rewards, I'm not sure how long this was going on. What I remember is that I had something of around 50k points, as I would use Bing pretty liberally. This is the message I get when going to my Rewards dash: Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement , which may include, but is not limited to: Maintaining multiple user accounts per household Opening more than one user account per individual Residing outside of the supported regions Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards Learn more about the Microsoft Rewards program I have tried contacting Rewards support, but it informs me that because I'm not following the rules, I can't contact support. I have contacted Microsoft Support, but they had no jurisdiction over Rewards, so they couldn't tell me what I was looking for. They directed me here. I haven't used a VPN in a while due to warnings, and haven't used it recently. I'm really stingy about giving out my phone number and if another account was using my phone number I would appreciate being notified as that would alert me to problems other .
