Rewards Account Suspended without Explanation and Unable to Contact Rewards Support

My Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. I alway obey the law of microsorft, help me fix it pls

I have found out that my Rewards account was suspended today. I was not given notice, nor explanation, and since I'm not one who is constantly checking my rewards, I'm not sure how long this was going on. What I remember is that I had something of around 50k points, as I would use Bing pretty liberally.

This is the message I get when going to my Rewards dash:
Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended. Our research indicates that you or your Microsoft Rewards account has engaged in one or more violations of the Microsoft Services Agreement, which may include, but is not limited to:

• Maintaining multiple user accounts per household
• Opening more than one user account per individual
• Residing outside of the supported regions
• Providing inaccurate account information, including your true first and last name, your complete and accurate mailing address, a working phone number and your email address
• Using a service intended to confuse your true IP address or your location
• Using a bot, cheat code, macro or other automated method to participate in Microsoft Rewards

I have tried contacting Rewards support, but it informs me that because I'm not following the rules, I can't contact support. All the message boxes are grayed out and I can't type in them. So I can't ask what I'm not following, nor can I ask for an appeal in case I tripped over a terms of service without knowing, or if it was just a glitch. I don't even know if I actually did violate ToS, as reading over the rules, it's not presently clear what I might've done. If I actually did something that I'm not inclined to correct, I would at least like to know.

(I have had the Rewards account for quite a while, and this is the first time any issue came up.)

I have contacted Microsoft Support, but they had no jurisdiction over Rewards, so they couldn't tell me what I was looking for. They directed me here.

I just want to know: What did I do wrong, was it legitimate, and if/how I can correct it.

Same thing for me... more than 100€ of points earned using their services and playing with xbox... After some emails written with a secondary account, created specifically for this problem (recommended by Microsoft general telephone support), in which they asked me for screenshots of the darkened form to ask for assistance, and they couldn't open them (simple jpegs...). In the end I was told that the block is due to the PROBABLE use of a bot... I barely know what it is and I don't have the faintest idea of ​​how to use a bot. Even after continuing to use their services and play with the xbox and pc my account is still suspended and now I receive the same emails telling me that I cannot receive assistance because the email I am writing from is not that of the suspended MS rewads account, the last one is this one received today:

Basically, in the last email they confirm that I cannot appeal and they practically close the door in my face.

it's bad to see a company like MS treat users like this, and it's also ridiculous to think that people can continue to use their products like this. Last week three of my colleagues and five of my friends after my experience for fear of seeing their points blocked redeemed theirs and stopped earning points using bing and edge and I read that many others on reddit are doing the same thing lately. Bad very bad if you aim to want to use bing as a search engine with its related services.
