Rewards saying oops looks like you're on the go, but I'm not.

Hi,

My wife & have been having this issue for earning points after getting back from Europe. Microsoft Support has been of no help - they say I must have a VPN running (I don't). I checked all of my settings, which appear to be correct. For my wife and my user ids, Earning Microsoft Rewards does not work on our laptops (multiple browsers) or phone apps, including one laptop that stayed at home. I had my Dad login to a browser on my laptop and he was able to earn reward point with no problems at all - this same browser gives me the "Oops" error. It appears like this issue is versus the user account & not having anything to do with the hardware or its settings. Another data point is that my wife & I can redeem points. I'm not sure how I can get this fixed. Any ideas?

I am tired of their BS and am back using Chrome.

I wish I could offer some good tips, but it's pretty much the same for me, too. Others can log in to Rewards on my systems using their ID, but I cannot. It seems that the 'ball' is in Microsoft's court, but they are not interested in playing. No real surprise, here. :-(

I tried pretty much all sites and youtube videos, got no vpn and proxy, clear my data and catche thingy, tried all browsers, installed new browsers and tried them, deleted all extensions tbh idk whats happening with MS Rewards i tried making a new account and it worked on another account im not gonna use that account cus i just tried to see if it works i dont really know i dont wanna restart and redo all the points cus i had like maybe 1k or way more points idk im bored to check and had like 2 weeks streak i just started andgot this glitch im really just wanting to leave Microsoft Rewards right now :( :(

i opened vpn for 2 days straight for something else after a while i noticed that it kept saying "oops looks like your on the go"
i couldnt redeem anything and it doesnt work still
