Rewards saying oops looks like you're on the go, but I'm not.

Same problem (in Australia). It has to be related to the Read News For Points activity. I had this happen and my 408 day streak broken last month by this and again yesterday with a 26 day streak and unable to earn points or do my daily activities because it thinks I’m on the go.

Only common factor is the Read News For Points activity. Which I did first.

If you see that activity- DO NOT touch it.

I’ve raised it with Microsoft Support. Last time they said it would be fixed as a goodwill gesture. It wasn’t. They put me on 12 day streak and awarded me 135 points. Whoopee. Now it’s happened again and no answer. I want my 408 days back. No l, make it 434 day streak now!

I think you did microsoft rewards the day before at 1:05 pm with a vpn on, try always use vpn if you are not in the united states because the US gives the most ms rewards points and if you are in the US, don't use vpn at all

I spun the wheel, won 500 points then now it says im on the go so i am really confused.

I have been having the same issue and been in contact with microsoft customer services for weeks, going around in circle and customer services doing absolutely nothing. As all they do is give generic answers and then close the case. This issue has been happening for weeks now as it starts working then stops again and it seems to work for 4 days and then stops, as a convenient pattern.

As fed up to the back teeth with so called customer services as they dont help you and just do nothing and then ignore emails sent.

As they are not interested in resolving the issue as never come across such a dire customer services as certainly will not be buying anything else from them.

As yes i appreciate that rewards are free, but why offer it in the first place if it does not work properly, but ever since they have updated bing this has been an issue.

As if you expect to get this resolved at all, you will not has like i said before i having been trying for weeks now and customer services do nothing but spout the same generic rubbish, you are in another country, you must have a VPN on. BUt none if this is true and they even wanted screen shots sent to them, done all this and they did nothing or i have not taken the right screen shot? So all they tell you is a bunch of rubbish and just fobbing you off as they are not interested in helping solve the issue.
