Rewards saying oops looks like you're on the go, but I'm not.

Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the go". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

    Same thing happend to me, I won 500 points and the message appeared.

    The rewards team does not respond. I have submitted half a dozen tickets in the last month due to separate and recurring issues with no response. It has caused me to miss out on over 4k points with no resolve.

    You seem to suggest a lot of solutions with no results.
