Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the go". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the move". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the move and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

As my last note on this states. I did nothing. I tried the above a few times several days before it was "fixed", but basically, one morning it was still broken and then after lunch it was fixed.
The only I did other than try the steps outlined was put in 3 tickets to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/cf50b787-a987-a7ff-133c-6c4e3f638013
with a more and more frustrated tone but they never acknowledge those requests and so i don't know if they fixed it or if it just "fixed itself" so to speak.
I don't know if this will works for everyone, but it seemed to work for me to fix this. I uninstalled the Bing app. Cleared cache on app, browser basically the whole phone, when I re-downloaded the app I signed up for the new Bing AI thing and it worked after that.

Microsoft may be fixing something in the background. Yes, you are correct. Many users reported that there is a huge delay in getting a response or support from the Microsoft Rewards team. Most likely, due to the number of requests they are getting every day, they need more time to review every ticket they are receiving.
