Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the go". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

Same here, except I got the 10 point consolation prize. I definitely won't be wasting any more points on these.
Last time I was traveling was in March. After this had same issue but it fixed itself.
Yesterday it randomly showed me the "oops" message on redeem page. I've contacted support and received generic answer that I am either outside the country or using VPN / Proxy.
I don't use proxy or VPN, and I'm not travelling as well.
Today I was able to complete my daily set. After doing so it showed me the same message. However on redeem page everything worked fine. Was able to redeem some points. After 4-5 redeems on this page as well it shows "oops".
This whole points program as well as approach from support is a joke. I've messaged support again, however have no faith that it will be resolved.
For me it looks like support gives you the easiest answer possible without even properly checking what can be causing the issue.

I Have tried everything but it did not work but i found a way around it
if you go to bing.com then search something you can then hit the rewards icon in the top right and it opens a sidebar where you can use Microsoft rewards normally
