Rewards saying oops looks like you're on the go, but I'm not.

Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the go". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

    I contacted them about the same issue, glad to know I'm not alone, but makes it more frustrating at the same time.

    They basically said that the reason it's happening is because I'm using my account outside the recommended guidelines, I should stop doing that if I want my account to be unrestricted, and that they're closing the query and I won't be able to open another one regarding the same issue.

    So, in short, they blamed me and won't help any further. Nice one microsoft.

    This is the boiler-plate response that I received.

    I have just returned from holiday abroad, but I did not actively engage with the Bing rewards scheme - if I inadvertently earned points in search they should have surely not registered, although if that is correct it would suggest MS don't want us to travel?

    I tried raising the question again, but they state the ticket is resolved and closed.

    I have tried disconnecting devices, logging out of all my devices and clearing history and cookies. No dice.
