Rewards saying oops looks like you're on the go, but I'm not.

Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the go". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

    Can you kindly tell me what exactly you did to resolve this issue? Because I've tried the above stated method a few times now however to no avail. I would very much appreciate it if you would help me out.

    Yes, this must be a glitch or something. But, I'm glad everything is back to normal now.

    I did these things several days ago, a few times and nothing worked.

    But, today, 05/09/23 at approximately 1:05PM the issue went away.

    Before that the issue was there and then all of a sudden it was not.

    But, now I've lost my steak of probably several months.

    I'm just going to give up on trying to get Microsoft to fix my streak.

    I'll just be hoping the same issue doesn't pop up again.

    I hope everyone else having this issue is now fine. MS must have done something

    to fix it.
