Rewards saying oops looks like you're on the go, but I'm not.

Starting today I am getting this error message on my phone and on my computer "oops! looks like you're on the go". I'm at home I'm not in another country yet it says oops looks like you're on the go and it will not allow me to do my rewards.

    I’m afraid you won’t get any help from MS. As I have been told it my internet which is the problem. Which is a load of old rubbish and get the same generic response from them.

    As keeps saying because I’m not in the same country/ region or I have a VPN on. Which is all false as don’t have a VPN and I’m in the same country and region since it started.

    But they don’t listen and falls on deaf ears as they blame your internet. But funny how it worked perfectly fine but as soon as they undated Bing it’s not worked properly since. And as I said to them what about all the other numerous people having the same issue, do they all have the same internet that’s doing it.

    So you won’t get any help and they do not give a dame about you as a customer. As I certainly will not buy any of their products again, as customer services is a waste of time and don’t not care what issues you are having.

    This sucks I have microsoft money/credits however you call them that are about to expire and I wanted to add more money to my balance using reward points to buy a movie I love and so I have to solve this problem in less than a week or I'll lose actual money, if I do lose money cause of your **** programming forget about my support for bing, I'll go back to google they always answer like instantly if I have a problem.
