    Hi Ashutosh,

There are several reasons why a Microsoft account can be suspended.

    1. It might be due to unusually large traffic volume, suspicious activity, or a violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement or code of conduct. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement/
    2. If your account is suspended, it will be lifted within 24 hours if the account was recently verified or if a large number of files were shared.
    3. To reactivate a suspended account, you can go to the Microsoft services account reset page and follow the on-screen instructions. Depending on the reason for the suspension, you might need to change your password or wait for the suspension to be lifted.

    I hope this helps.

    Kind regards,

    Jayzar
