I went to my bing app to access rewards and the pinned screen was no longer visible and I could not “find” bing rewards. Could not do check in or searches for points.

This doesn’t work for me. I didn’t even know there was a MSN app but have tried it and it appears to be all but identical to the Bing app so I don’t see the point of having both installed. Rewards still missing in both apps, sadly. MSN deleted and Bing won’t be far behind if this is not sorted in the next few days.
You had my hopes up for a moment there. I downloaded the MSN app onto my phone and unfortunately, the daily streak does not appear until we navigate to the rewards dashboard and then choose "streak". There are also major issues on the desktop.
I have contacted Microsoft and after a few letters I was notified they are aware of the problem and a prior ticket by another user has been entered so my ticket is "CLOSED". NICE
And even with that, the "search with bing" no longer recognizes three news searches, it brings the user to "download the bing app."
This is a snafu of Microsoft for not beta testing. No beta testing= failure as we all make mistakes.
Resolution: revert to pre-January 11 update until the kinks are worked out. I'll help with beta testing if asked to do so.

This how it looks in my cell phone via the MSN App. I have an iPhone 15 Pro. The apps are shown in the lower right side. You can see the tile for Microsoft Rewards shortcut on the main homescreen of the MSN App.
I was hopeful on this too, but just installed MSN app and see nothing anywhere with the Rewards program. My guess is your app install is not yet updated and still shows it?
I’d hold off from updating it if I were you since you still have it. I’d bet you would see it go away if you did.
