I went to my bing app to access rewards and the pinned screen was no longer visible and I could not “find” bing rewards. Could not do check in or searches for points.

Is it just me or are all these “independent advisors” completely useless at answering yours questions. They never actually fix any of peoples problems, it’s always go to rewards.microsoft.com, yeah we know! We tried that before you gave us that pointless answer!

I have the exact same problem. Copilot wasn't working anymore in bing app (stuck on login page) so I un-installed Bing app. Re-installed it and now Copilot works again, but rewards tile is gone.
The same week they did the 500 pts instead of 1000pts with the puzzle streak.
Not cool Microsoft.

Same thing here. The homepage reward pin is gone & my rewards tab won’t open. This is at least the third time it’s happened. It’ll come back in a day or two, after the check in streak is broken.
