I went to my bing app to access rewards and the pinned screen was no longer visible and I could not “find” bing rewards. Could not do check in or searches for points.

Yes rewards app missing from bing update this week, contacted Microsoft support but no response. Come on Microsoft, sort it out
I've had the same issue. I haven't seen it since yesterday. What the HELL is going on with the constant changes of late? Microsoft is only turning us off to subscribing to their products.
Before this, it was saying I was accruing points, even when I wasn't.

I have the exact same problem. This was following an app update I downloaded yesterday. It is now version 30.3.430109002. Before that update everything worked fine.
Exact same thing has happened to me and it’s happened multiple times before. Please stop responding with "it’s the app", because that isn’t true. You know that isn’t true, we all know that isn’t true. It’s Microsoft screwing with the app, purposely removing it so that streaks are broken, less points are given out, etc. This is literally about the 10th time this has happened since I’ve been doing points, and I’m done. It’s my fault really. It’s con-artistry from a company known worldwide for it.

To all of you; it sounds like we're all diligent users of Bing. We have accumulated Rewards in the PROPER ways. I give a lot of my time to this program, and I haven't missed a full day since 2017. Microsoft, you need to get on this, yesterday!
