Bing rewards disappeared

I downloaded the MSN app, and for some reason the rewards tab showed up on both MSN and Bing. But for some odd reason, 30 points for reading is not working, at least for me. I hope it works for you guys. I really wish there was more that I could do. :)

Some good news, the Rewards tile is back for me this morning. The Bing app was not updated (but Edge was, surely a coincidence?).

My main streak and puzzle pieces are preserved but I’ve lost my 7 day streaks and “ Read to earn” is not earning any points.

Small steps, hey?

PS I forgot to mention that the Weather tile “plant a tree” points were working throughout this debacle.

Ya'll need to stop using that bs solution of just searching up the page, you know it's not the same thing. You can't do everything on a normal browser, more options on the actual rewards tab

I went to my bing app to access rewards and the pinned screen was no longer visible and I could not “find” bing rewards. Could not do check in or searches for points.

I’m on the Apple ecosystem and the Bing app on my iPhone has the same problem as you describe but the Bing app on my iPad is working as normal, although the iPad version has reward points for reading some news articles and that is no longer working.

I wish I could be of more help. I am just a common client. It seems to be working for me as I showed and everything seems to be updated on my iPhone.

I am located in Montreal and Canada is among the locations where it should work. I temporarily had the 1000 point reward reduced to 500 and then it reappeared a couple of days after.

I have an iPhone, too, but reinstalling the Bing App...and trying the MSN app both, did nothing to bring the Bing back. I mean my iPhone is older, but the OS is the newest release: 18.2.1.
