Bing rewards disappeared

I did stay in touch with Microsoft on this one. The issue was resolved on Monday Jan. 13.

There was no explanation as to what it was other than, "there is a trouble ticket created for this issue" and as such "my report was considered closed.—Even though I submitted numerous requests and reports.

I also noted I used to work for Adobe as a beta tester and we flushed out many an issue before any version was released. I highly recommended Microsoft ask us, the loyal rewards customers to beta test rewards in the future. It creates a robust release, MS gets immediate feature value feedback, and it builds user loyalty by engagement.

Summary, rewards is working again, beta testing among loyal rewards users is highly recommended.

Is it working for everyone still? It wasn't working Monday and then started working again yesterday (Tuesday) - when I woke up today (Wednesday) it has vanished again from the bing app this morning and hasn't returned all day meaning i've had to use the website.

Just curious if others had the same problem today?

Yes, it magically showed up in my Bing app after I contacted support...even though the support ticket wasn't closed.

Thanks for the replies... you wouldn't believe it - I reinstalled the ios app and then it came up and told me that microsoft rewards is not available in this country or region (UK) ... which I thought was odd. Before reinstall the whole rewards section had disappeared from the app.

Turned off norton VPN and it works. So the failure today was me using norton 360 on my iphone :'(

It’s still working for me in both the Bing app and in Edge

Its all ok for me, But I have had a couple of updates to windows in the last 2 days. it seems on my start page my personal has moved to the top left and when i click on that I can also see my rewards wallet. I'm on Windows 11 24h2. that's all. Could find rewards and try and contact them.
