How to do unsuspend my Microsoft reward

My account was suspended right before I was going to buy a product with my 7,000 points. For absolutely No reason, I was brought through the typical Microsoft hell-ride of putting in my number, email, and everything else, just to have my account still suspended. Ya'll really need to do better.

a few months ago now a few months ago now my Microsoft reward account was suspended and I didn't know the reason, I contacted support and they told me that there were violations of the rules, but I didn't do it nothing, I have never broken any rules, what should I do to remove the account suspension?
