Your Microsoft Rewards account has been suspended.

If you follow posting you can see there are a lot of people having this problem and no one can tell any of us how to correct this or what we have done to violate any Microsoft agreement. I have looked through the agreement and do not see anything on the list that I’m aware I have violated. Please tell me/us what agreement I/we have violated and who to contact.

Please see my response in red and assist. Also I have tried several times to summit to https://rewards.bing.com/support as I have been request numerous time to do so but this web page will not allow me to do so.

Please provide me with what you show that I’m doing to cause this so we can figure out what to do to resolve this issue.

   a. Using a third-party application like a VPN to access different reward markets

I do not use a VPN.

b. Using multiple accounts when using the program on the same device

I don’t use another account. If this shows another account please provide.

c. Using tools or searching any random words or letters to earn points faster

I have no idea what this is saying.

2. There is a glitch with the rewards program, resulting in your account being misidentified as violating the terms of service.

If there is a glitch how do we resolve?

Same thing to me. How can I unlock my bing reward account again?

Trying to contact support but the form is greyed out and says this:

i hope you can help i was curious why i never got any rewards points when i searched becouse i search alot. Headfull of usless knoledge. Think i may be suspended, if i am it is for being a idiot, not for anything of malice. I have been tying for longer than i ant to admit to have one MS Account, one G Account for phone and profile for each. i really dont need that i rarly use social media i live alone and just search random things thats my hobby.Sad but True...It never works between syncing, profiles, users, and what ever else there is to confuse 57 year old idets like me. my phone has been hacked and i cant stop it i just live with it... i would trade all my favors for the rest of my life to be one person account profile alious user. or just a plain ol southern idet like i was aelier in my life. would even pay money if i kmew who to pay for the help.
