Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

None of my daily mobile searches are showing up on my xbox and I'm not getting any points from them.

    None of my daily mobile searches are accruing points the last 2 days AND on the BING app, DAY 7 of the daily points coin freezes up and doesn't add DAY 7 points.

    Same issue but could only get 45 out of 100 total points yesterday and only 70 out of 100 total points today. I had to search on the app to get the partial points tho. Signed out. Signed back in. No change. Even deleted app then reinstalled it. No change.

    I also keep having issues with DAY 7 of the daily coin rewards the last 2 weeks, losing 20 points and then 50 points.

    The coin will radiate all day without adding points. In the morning, coin isn’t radiating and points not added but just starts with DAY 1.

    Contacted Microsoft Support team several times and was asked for a screenshot, phone number and carrier = no reply yet on the issues with BING app and/or not getting phone search points.

    There goes the points streak. 😔

    I have been experiencing the same issue for the past 48 hours atleast. Bing : Search To Earn - on Mobile is NOT working. Please look into this Team Microsoft.

    I’m not getting any mobile points, either in Start or Edge apps. Happened yesterday, too. I could do the daily tasks, but no searches are registering.
