Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

Same issue here.

Here on November 30th. It's getting even worse.

For me, they are being DB-y. Instead of doing 30 quick searches for points they are making me wait about 30 seconds in between to get credit. Tested multiple times.

“We would like to inform you that the experience you had about not earning points from your searches is by design. Changes were recently made within the crediting system."

They have broken it by design?

“you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit."

Nope, we have to close and reopen our browser on mobile or PC (Xbox) each search for just 3 points each time! I thought they’d changed it to stop us spamming “yyyyyyy” searches, changed it to one search per minute, or something, but no, it’s plain broken.

Thought it was to stop us redeeming so many points for free Game Pass, as they’ve removed most of the ‘check out this game’ tiles on console, which gave lots of points, and also just removed the Edge app search rewards.

Still, not as bad as MS/Xbox hijacking our dashboards, spamming it with adverts in place of our custom groups, which were removed, all but two of them, shoved down the screen.

It’s my console, I bought it!

If you buy a car you don’t have the dealer come and sit in the passenger seat forever, changing the radio and grabbing the steering wheel! Disgraceful - theft of features and fraud, or something.

None of my daily mobile searches are showing up on my xbox and I'm not getting any points from them.

29/11/23 - same, still broken.

I noticed the day before they’d removed the 12 Edge* app searches points, and they’ve also removed the many bonus points for checking out games on the Rewards app on Xbox.

I am only getting rewards for PC (Xbox) searches if I return to the Bing Internet Xbox app's home screen each search, and mobile searches are even less responsive on my mobile, using the Edge app (*now worthless, so will uninstall it) or my android’s Internet on the Bing mobile website.
