Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

None of my daily mobile searches are showing up on my xbox and I'm not getting any points from them.

    It was not giving points searching (maybe 20 points tops then stop) and the DAILY CHECK IN 7 day coin would radiate and stay like that all day and night w/o giving the hidden points. Next day, DAY 1 gave points. It was always DAY 7 with issues for consecutive weeks.

    Some days, the REWARDS tile wouldn’t even be there.

    I’ve been able to receive all daily points now.

    Hmmm… that’s not good and sorry to hear this… 😞

    I would definitely contact Microsoft support.

    Even the app has been a little wonky for me the last few weeks.

    When I finally did get a reply after contacting them over the same issue of not receiving all of the daily points, they said it was on their end, and in short, they were in the process of “fixing it.”

    I've done all of that. Repeatedly. I found that the Start app no longer works in terms of awarding points, so I have to use the Bing app. And that's the only reason I ever use it anymore.

    Try waiting a good 10 seconds between each search and see if that helps in getting your points.

    I can get all my daily points by just taking my time and spacing out each search.

    Sometimes, when it seems points aren’t being accrued, I go to the end of the current affair blocks and search “backwards”, if that makes sense to you. 😊

    It seems that Microsoft gives limited/no points if you go too fast. Gone are the days of getting all your points in “60 seconds”.
