Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

`the searches are sporadic and customer service is either rude or unresponsive.

What is going on at MS?

So am I.

None of my daily mobile searches are showing up on my xbox and I'm not getting any points from them.

I got it to work!

took the advice on the start program and moved everything to the junk computer.

now how do I get more points?????????????

MS scrubbed so many, a loss of 200 points a day -

so many bugs, etc I had over 1000 days without a miss [no life] and lost it all to bugs.

not sure what a streak does or gets any more so it probably doesn't matter.

SO, outside the 50 points for the sets

150 search 100 mobile, 7 points for junk.

what else is there?

I was just starting to like bing over google too., but after losing the set streak and now points, what ever search is fast - doesn't matter that much, and Google is about to get massively sued they will have to go back to the old algors XXX

so why should I care about bing? The CS is so rude too and couldn't ever get the redeem to work right. The less I have to talk to MS CS the better.

My suggestion would be to download Microsoft Start and do your mobile searches through that.

The Web browsers and bing app on mobile seem to bug out with recording searches.

Plus the 30 points for reading news articles daily has also been stripped out of bing and moved to Microsoft Start.
