Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

None of my daily mobile searches are accruing points the last 2 days AND on the BING app, DAY 7 of the daily points coin freezes up and doesn't add DAY 7 points.

Same issue but could only get 45 out of 100 total points yesterday and only 70 out of 100 total points today. I had to search on the app to get the partial points tho. Signed out. Signed back in. No change. Even deleted app then reinstalled it. No change.

I also keep having issues with DAY 7 of the daily coin rewards the last 2 weeks, losing 20 points and then 50 points.

The coin will radiate all day without adding points. In the morning, coin isn’t radiating and points not added but just starts with DAY 1.

Contacted Microsoft Support team several times and was asked for a screenshot, phone number and carrier = no reply yet on the issues with BING app and/or not getting phone search points.

There goes the points streak. 😔

they seem to have changed how rewards for searching works.

Bing "PC Search" only recognizes and grants points for about 1 search every 10 seconds.

We used to be able to bookmark 30 searches and open the links all at once, getting credit for all searches in a couple of seconds.

Now you have to slow down the searches to about 10 seconds between them, making the process to earn your PC Search points take 5 minutes if not longer, and requiring much more manual entry.

Reloaded, power off/on, Cleared history, good wifi, no airplane mode, Turned off Bing ,back on nothing works.

yes. this is going on the 3rd day i can't get points for mobile search.

do you think Microsoft is working on the problem?

It seems to be a system problem given we are all experiencing it here.
