Why am I not getting reward points for my bing mobile search today?

None of my daily mobile searches are showing up on my xbox and I'm not getting any points from them.

    Similar issue. However, it seems that mobile searches do add to your overall "Available Points" total, but are just not showing in the daily breakdown of PC, Mobile and Edge totals. The counter is not incrementing properly for mobile. It showed three points for me yesterday, despite having done more searches than that. Today it is showing six points, despite having done more searches than that. So it is partially working, but not completely. I too lost a daily streak, which seems to be another error.

    Same problem. seems like a server side error? I think it will eventually be fixed in the next month or so

    None of my daily mobile searches are accruing points the last 2 days AND on the BING app, DAY 7 of the daily points coin freezes up and doesn't add DAY 7 points.

    Same issue but could only get 45 out of 100 total points yesterday and only 70 out of 100 total points today. I had to search on the app to get the partial points tho. Signed out. Signed back in. No change. Even deleted app then reinstalled it. No change.

    I also keep having issues with DAY 7 of the daily coin rewards the last 2 weeks, losing 20 points and then 50 points.

    The coin will radiate all day without adding points. In the morning, coin isn’t radiating and points not added but just starts with DAY 1.

    Contacted Microsoft Support team several times and was asked for a screenshot, phone number and carrier = no reply yet on the issues with BING app and/or not getting phone search points.

    There goes the points streak. 😔
