Why does only some of my searches give my points on Microsoft Rewards?

This issue is getting really annoying for me and I need this fixed ASAP.
I've tried the following:
-Resetting history
-Clearing all of my cache
-Resetting my settings
-Logging in and out of my account
-Uninstalling and reinstalling both Bing and Microsoft Edge
Other information:
-I haven't reached my daily limit for points from searching
-I live in the US
-The issue occurs on both my PC and my phone
-I'm not searching things I've already searched today

2023-12-16T13:23:05+00:00 I got a response from Support and they claim that you must make a couple of searches first and then you get points. But after the points start being rewarded, it stops. They were notified and I think that they wont fix it.
