Why does only some of my searches give my points on Microsoft Rewards?

This issue is getting really annoying for me and I need this fixed ASAP.

I've tried the following:

-Resetting history

-Clearing all of my cache

-Resetting my settings

-Logging in and out of my account

-Uninstalling and reinstalling both Bing and Microsoft Edge

Other information:

-I haven't reached my daily limit for points from searching

-I live in the US

-The issue occurs on both my PC and my phone

-I'm not searching things I've already searched today

    "Wat da hail" is a "meaningful search??? Aren't/ SHOULDN'T ALL searches "meaningful?!"

    Has anyone noticed on desktop searches you can only do four searches that count and then no searches count for almost an hour? Or is it just me? This whole program has become absolute garbage since mid-november, as we all know by all the comments. Hey microsoft, do you ever read your community postings? Nah, too busy trying to figure out where to put all those billions of dollars your company has.

    Microsoft recently made changes to their reward point system. It seems that there is now a cool down for 15 minutes after 3 searches, i.e. 12 points every 15 minutes. This change was pretty unfortunate, but perhaps they did it so that people won't use any python scripts to automate the searches, thereby getting them more points.

    I completely agree... what if we all switch to search in Google? We do not need Microsoft to search... there are other ways... This is a con game... luring us to search using their app for their benefit with stingy rewards
