My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    Everything was working fine until Dec 1, 2023. After that I stopped getting the 20 bonus. I have to do anywhere from 40 to 60 searches to get the 150 points. Same goes for mobile as well. Some stuff that I did went from 10 points to 2 points. Quote of the day went from 10 points to 1 point. I reset everything but nothing helps. I contacted support anf haven't heard back yet.

    I am having this same issue. I have been told to clear my cache which I have done- no help. I was told to uninstall the app and re-install but neither have fixed the issue.

    The point values have been decreased drastically (from 10 to 1 or 2). The 20-point bonus has been discontinued from what I have read. I have been trying to redeem my current points for almost 2 weeks now and still have not accomplished that. I am waiting on a response from MS (the first gave me instructions on how to redeem them which I already understood how to do). Ugg - it should not be this difficult. I wouldn't bother uninstalling/reinstalling since I don't believe that has anything to do with it. Microsoft should remember the adage "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."

    Yes, it definitely shouldn’t be this difficult. If this continues I will just search outside of bing and call it a day.

    What problem are you having with redemption? I get errors when I try to use my Google Voice number I want to use for my account, but it did work a few days ago when I did a test run on Microsoft store credit, using a different number, if that helps.

    What was the 20 point thing...probably for using edge, right?
