A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
Still getting the Same Results still after 5 days.
My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

2023-12-01T21:19:38+00:00 it's time for everyone to move the PlayStation like I'm going to do because if the XBox doesn't give me my 40th week rewards app streak this week then I lose out $2,500 points which would give me enough to get $100 gift card which I was going to buy a console with and put that towards and if they don't do that if they take that away from me that I've been planning on for almost a year and now they want to just bring this upon their customers cuz they don't care about the customers at all any longer and they just keep cutting rewards programs and stopping everything that was ever good about the rewards program then they're going to lose customers cuz I'm going to PlayStation I'll take the rewards points that I have I'll buy controllers and I'll sell them to everybody and go buy a PlayStation instead because I'm done being treated like **** by Xbox and taken for granted by Microsoft

2023-12-02T02:43:04+00:00 I am wondering the same about points disappearing. I tried cashing in some of mine for a gift card, but MS wanted me to verify my identity but then wouldn't take my phone number because it wasn't an allowable "alias" whatever that means. I haven't tried again but I need to because I have a lot of points I don't want to lose. And just to add to my irritation last night I was 5 points away from the 100 for cell search and after doing about 150 different searches on Bing via Edge and Google it would not give me the 5 points needed to get to 100. I am/was so ticked!
