I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

As of today I can do 2 searches and get the same amount of points as 4 searches. I wonder how long that will last.
I just basically got called and liar and cheat by a "representative" who responded to my umpteenth email about trying to redeem my points. I was basically told to stop writing them. I will not because now I am just beyond angry. It is the "bait and switch" tactic apparently. We did the work for promised rewards and now amazingly there are supposed "violations" that mean rewards are void. I want to see said violations in writing. Stupid and a great way to lose loyal customers. I have a news flash for Microsoft - they aren't the only computer company in the world.
Ugh, yesterday searches quit working for me. They seem to be back today...
So, it's 2024 and this has not been resolved yet.
Probably never will be.
