I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

How about contacting the stupid programmers and making them fix the issues? Or you can fire them for not doing their job and hire some good ones.
So they don't count my points anymore and I don't know why . I missed some days and something changed. I'm just super annoyed by that so please fix that .
The past few weeks I have seen them start taking things away. It has been hit or miss as to points counting on my account. I think this is the beginning of them getting rid of the program.
Read a news article on MSN news about this and many feel the same as you do. Microsoft has screwed the proverbial pooch with this revamp. Everyone I know is trying to redeem what they can ASAP before they just screw us all over like they did to a lot of us when it was originally bing rewards! I was so pissed off when I went to redeem for a 12 month gold code and my account got flagged for no reason. I had enough points then for two to three 12 month codes just on my one and only account.
I have had a significant reduction in points. My points for my computer searches are slim to none.
