My searches aren't counting on Microsoft Rewards-how do I fix it?

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

    Now it seems to be screwed up entirely, you can search 500 times and just 9-12 points will count, on mobile it is the same thing, sad because I use these points with Microsoft itself buying the OneDrive subscription every month, but now, I do not know what to do anymore, I just get the 3 daily strikes, 2 bonuses, reading news and getting the mobile bonus, because searches no longer work anymore...

    My hypothesis is that Microsoft/Bing are preparing to discontinue the points and rewards system and they simply don't want to pay out because they are losing profits. That means we are screwed. I complain every day, and everyone else should too - at least we can annoy them.

    I think that Microsoft/Bing are preparing to discontinue the points and rewards feature because their profits are down. That means we are basically screwed. I can't cash out anything because they are blocking me. I complain every day even though I know they won't respond, but at least I can annoy them. Everyone else should too.

    Same here- it continues to disable my account when I try and redeem points.

    I am right there with you. I still can't redeem any points. I am emailing them every day. Today my "THIRD ATTEMPT" was in all caps. Ugg!
