I am going to let Bing AI show me how to file a class action to add insult to injury.

I was trying to complete the search challenge on Microsoft Rewards and it's not counting even though I click on it and when it took me to the search bar I just searched a couple random stuff and it still wasn't working. How do I fix this?

I am discussing with some others on this thread about filing a class action lawsuit against Microsoft and Bing AI is going to help me. Microsoft has misrepresented it's product and has denied access to its promised rewards. That can be considered a breach of contract since we have to agree to their "terms".
I just want to be able to cash in my rewards for a gift card. There is still a "problem with your account" every time I try to redeem. I went so far as to send a PowerPoint showing the exact steps and outcome to the person who closed out my unsolved ticket. Ugg beyond stupid.
This seems to be very common right after I redeem a gift card with them.
I attempted to redeem literally a 25 dollar gift card and I have several more points and received an error stating they disabled my account I am still trying to get that fixed. I accrued my points I should be able to redeem them without an issue. What is even worse it’s a msg like I am being reprimanded for something like I did something wrong which is weird.
